About Yee Wo Cheong
Yee Wo Cheong, established in 1994 and formerly known as Yee Wo Plastic Products Factory, is an enterprise wholly owned by Hong Kong's investors, and it is situated at Shiyan Town in Shenzhen City of Guangdong Province, a scenic national ecological demonstration town. In 2002, the company experienced restructuring and was transformed into Yee Wo Cheong Plastics (Shenzhen) Co., LTD. Along with its development, Yee Wo Cheong successively established Yee Hing Company, Yee Wo Cheong Plastics (Huizhou) Co., LTD and Qingdao Yee Wo Cheong Plastic CO., LTD in Hong Kong, Huizhou, and Qingdao, respectively, with an area of more than 23000 square meters. Over the past two decades, Yee Wo Cheong has always focused on the R&D and production of plastic pigments, masterbatch and prilling processing, and currently has become a modern high-tech enterprise dominated by masterbatch and integrating scientific research, production and sales into one.
At present, Yee Wo Cheong has been equipped with the internationally advanced production and test equipment, and staffed by the top-ranking technical professionals. All the technical staffs are from the majors relevant to Materials Science and Engineering and Polymer Science and have many years of experience in the plastic industry, capable of conducting R&D and production according to different requirements. Besides, our company possesses such professional testing and production equipment as sophisticated electronic metrical instrument, computer color measuring instrument, energy-dispersive X-ray flu-orescence spectrometer, twin-screw extruder and injection molding machine, and adopts the pigments produced by well-known companies like Bayer, BASF, Clariant and Ciba as the raw materials of formula. The products of our company are featured by non-toxicity and environmental protection, good dispersibility and high stability, conforming to the relevant EU environmental standards and the safety requirements of US FDA for food containers and medical equipment. In 2003, our products had successfully passed the U.S. fire safety standards "UL" certification, and passed the EU RoHS Standard Testing by SGS Company in 2006, becoming the first batch of masterbatch companies in China whose products are in line with RoHS requirements for green environmental protection. Furthermore, our products also passed EU REACH Testing by SGS Company in 2008. Apart from laying emphasis on product quanlity, Yee Wo Cheong is also devoting itself to improving its management with scientific management theories, and has passed ISO9001:2000 and ISO9001:2008 in 2004 and 2008, respectively.
